Dr. Gary Lepine has been providing professional ethics seminars for a number of associations from the Oil & Gas sector since 2003.  In 2008 he formally began Concord Professional Development where his work expanded to include workplace environment, leadership, and organizational culture.  Gary is also currently a Clinical Ethicist with Health Shared Services Alberta.
